David Buckley
David has been a Licensed Stock and Station Agent, Auctioneer, and Real Estate Agent since July 1984.
Spending 26 years in the Agency Business and 12 years as an Agribusiness Banker in Central Qld and Northern NSW, and three years as a Regional Manager in Suncorp Business Bank, located in Townsville, North Queensland.
His knowledge of rural properties whether they be grazing, farming, horticulture and urban subdivisions is well known.
Recently David successfully negotiated the sale of “Molongle Station” Gumlu, ‘‘Desmond Station” Collinsville, “Inkerman Station” Home Hill, “Glencoe” Canoonaand ‘Lambing Lagoon” Kilcummin.
David is located in Emerald on the central highland’s region of Qld, and currently services clients from Miriam Vale and Eidsvold districts to the Burdekin along the coast, Collinsville, and North to the Atherton Tableland and out in the West to Richmond and Julia Creek, and local areas in central Qld.
As a third generation Licenced Stock & Station Agent David has many connections in the industry, with an extensive Data Base of potential buyers and contacts from all over NSW and Qld.
Specialising in rural property transactions and livestock paddock sales, David has an extremely broad knowledge of property type, carrying capacities and land values in many different areas of central and northern Qld.
